A day, a quest 

If you feel like the world is going a way that you dont like it to go. Than probably you focus at something that is not making you feel pleasure, something that you don’t like to enjoy.

So how about picking out some feeling you like, an focus on that.For example you can make yourself a quest. Like today, focus on what expands your horizon. Or today focus on people who smile. Evey task can be an adventure, so every day can be different in view.

You get to know yourself in a playful way. And also you train mental strength what can be very important.
